Fast Track to Aesthetics Course

Unlike our Access to Aesthetics Course, this package enables you to progress straight through covering injectables so there is no 6 month wait. How quickly you complete your case studies to gain your qualification after the course depends on the time you put into it. As a rule of thumb, we allow 6 weeks for case studies to be complete, but we will allow extra time if needs be.

DAY 1 PRACTICAL

Once you’ve completed your anatomy and physiology pre-course studying you’re now ready to attend the first day of training which will include Chemical Peels and Dermaplaning which will cover A&P, Health & Safety, safe practise, product knowledge, contraindications, how to perform the treatments, as well as live demonstrations and finally working on live models.

DAY 2 PRACTICAL

We will teach you everything you need to know about Microneedling & B12 injections. This will cover Health & Safety, contraindications, how to perform the treatment safely and effectively, how to set up, live demonstrations and live models.

DAY 3 PRACTICAL

You will now start your Derma Filler practical journey! Don’t worry we do recap all the key points around theory, this will include information on the anatomy of the face, muscles, veins and arteries, we also talk about how filler is dissolved and the complications around administering treatments. Health and safety are also discussed based around aesthetic treatments. We will teach you basic first aid, putting someone in the recovery position, anaphylactic shock, Epi-pens and CPR.

You’ll get to practise your injection techniques and learn about all the different types of filler on the market, plus we give you a list of all the suppliers and wholesalers to purchase your products from moving forward.

We perform live demonstrations taking you through different techniques of the Lips, Nasolabial Folds and Chin area. You can ask as many questions as you like as the session will be very interactive and you can see how all these treatments are performed.

In the afternoon this is where YOU get more hands-on!

DAY 4 PRACTICAL

Put your skills to the test as the second day of Foundation Fillers is a full day of live models! We now get each student to work on an individual model under the supervision of two tutors. You will now get the chance to start working towards completing your case studies for the Foundation Dermal Filler course and we will be with you every step of the way!

DAY 5 PRACTICAL

Finally, Foundation Anti-Wrinkle Injections will be the final part of your course. Practical learning will include client consultation protocols (medical history & client consent), how to manage expectations and dealing with complaints, practising injection technique using facial mannequins, anti-wrinkle product knowledge, plus multiple live model treatments.

We will provide live models for you to demonstrate each treatment on.

30 hours pre-read for Foundation Filler & Botox which must be completed before you attend both training courses. The pre-read will be accessible via our online learning system.

Skeleton System, Circulatory System & the Digestive System.

You will also have 10 hours of online learning based on Health & Safety and Infection Control which will be accessed via our online system.

Additionally, you will also receive pre-course material for Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and B12 injections which you must read and complete before the training days. This will be completed via our online learning system.

Working closely alongside our insurance company we are able to assist you in gaining insurance for all courses offered here at Pure Skin Clinic & Training Academy.
