Dermal fillers restore volume lost with age and add definition where you want it. In the cheeks, filler can lift and contour the midface, which often softens the lower face too. Along the jawline and chin it sharpens your profile and brings your features into balance, with jawline filler starting at £220 for 1.1ml.
Under the eyes, tear trough filler softens the hollows that make you look tired. It is a delicate area, so we assess your suitability carefully before treating. Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses filler to smooth a bump or lift the tip of the nose, with no surgery and no downtime. We also soften smile lines, marionette lines and the fine lines around the mouth.
Our PURE filler packages combine hyaluronic acid filler across several areas, such as the jawline, chin, cheeks and lips, for a balanced, natural-looking result. Your practitioner decides exactly where the filler goes at your consultation.
Packages start at £399 for 3.3ml, rising to £499 for 4.4ml and £599 for 5.5ml.
For a more structural lift, the 8 Point Facelift (£719) places filler at eight strategic points on each side of the face to lift the tissues and redefine facial structure rather than simply adding volume. Profiloplasty (£999) is a bespoke profile-balancing treatment that brings the nose, cheeks, chin and jawline into proportion.
As well as hyaluronic acid filler, we offer treatments that encourage your skin to build its own collagen. Radiesse, from £475, adds structure and definition straight away, then improves firmness as new collagen forms. Sculptra, at £549 per session or £999 for two, gives a gradual, natural-looking restoration of volume and firmness over several weeks and months.
BioFiller, from £449, is a natural filler made from your own blood components, so no synthetic product is used. Your practitioner will explain which option suits your skin and goals at consultation.

Every treatment starts with a consultation. We take a full medical history, look at your facial structure and talk through what you would like to change. If filler isn’t the right option for you, we will tell you. Your practitioner then explains which areas to treat, how much filler to use and what to expect, and you give written consent.
Our hyaluronic acid fillers contain lidocaine, a local anaesthetic, to reduce discomfort, and some areas are treated with a cannula, a blunt flexible tube that helps reduce bruising. Most single-area treatments take around [30–45] minutes, and full-face packages take longer. We then invite you back to check your result once any swelling has settled.
You will see a difference straight away.
Some swelling is normal for a few days, and the settled result is usually visible after about two weeks.
Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last around 9–18 months depending on the area and product, while Radiesse and Sculptra build results gradually and can last longer.

It depends on your face. Restoring cheek support often softens the lower face too, so you may need less filler than you expect. Your practitioner will recommend a plan at consultation.
