Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotaping is a dynamic and effective tool in the realm of sports rehabilitation, offering athletes a supportive edge in their journey to recovery and performance enhancement. This innovative technique involves the application of specialised elastic tape strategically placed over muscles and joints. In the context of sports rehabilitation, Kinesiotaping serves multiple purposes: it provides structural support, aids in pain management, and facilitates natural movement patterns. The tape’s unique elasticity mimics the flexibility of human skin, allowing athletes to maintain a full range of motion while still benefiting from added support. By promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage, Kinesiotaping assists in reducing swelling and expediting the healing process. Its versatility makes it suitable for a variety of sports-related injuries, from strains and sprains to tendonitis. Available at Hessle only.
