ClearPay are a ‘buy now pay later’ company that allows you to buy goods or services offered by us on our website.

When you make purchases in stores, you use a virtual Clearpay Card added to a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay

By entering a Clearpay Plan, you instruct us to Clearpay to pay us, in exchange for you repaying to Clearpay the agreed amounts in instalments, on the dates set out in your payment schedule in each Clearpay Plan. The amounts will include the cost of the goods or services, shipping costs and any taxes or amounts charged by us.

Each Clearpay Plan is a separate short-term fixed sum loan agreement where Clearpay lend you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks under the payment schedule for each Order. Clearpay Plans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
